Mission

The Russell Neighborhood Association exists to enhance the livability of the Russell neighborhood through activities open to all neighborhood members with a focus on building community, stewarding our neighborhood, and bringing services and activities to East Portland.

The Russell neighborhood is bordered by I-84 to the north, NE 122nd Ave to the west, NE Halsey St to the south, and NE 142nd Ave to the east.
